Excavation and site work done right — land clearing, lot grading, utility installs, driveways, and big block retaining walls. Plus bulk stone and aggregate, hauled on our own tri-axle, dumped where you point.
What we do
From raw wooded lot to a pad ready for the foundation crew — one contractor, one call. Most of our excavation customers start with one job and keep our number.
Full packages for new builds: clearing, pad grading, and every utility install on one contract. Builders and owner-builders welcome.
Trees, brush, stumps, and debris — cleared, hauled, and graded smooth. Erosion and sediment control included where required.
Cut, fill, and finish grade to plan — drainage that runs away from the house, not into it.
Water, sewer, electric, and gas trenching and installs — dug, bedded, inspected, and backfilled to spec.
New driveways cut, boxed, and stoned — built on proper base, crowned to shed water, topped with the stone we haul ourselves.
Engineered gravity walls from large concrete blocks — driveways, cut banks, and grade changes that stay put.
Bulk stone & aggregate
Limestone, gravel, and aggregate sold by the ton and delivered on our own tri-axle — up to 17 tons per load, within 25 miles of our Delmont yard. Or skip the delivery fee and we'll load you at the yard.
Orders over 17 tons ship as multiple loads; each load carries its own delivery charge. A partial load bills as a full load. Delivery is calculated on driving distance from our yard. 2 business day lead time; no Sunday deliveries. Beyond 25 miles? Call 412-418-7919 for a custom quote.
Measure the area, and we'll figure tons, loads, and the delivered price.
We look up the actual driving distance from our yard. Know the mileage? Enter it manually
Estimate uses ~1.45 tons per cubic yard (typical for 2B limestone), rounded up to the next half ton. Final tonnage confirmed at order.

How we quote
Most contractors hand you a number scribbled on an invoice pad. We build you a private page for your job — see the finished site in 3D before we dig, check the satellite view of your own lot, and read every line item that adds up to the total. No mystery math, no "trust me."
Street and satellite views of your property, so you can see exactly what we're pricing and how we'll get equipment in.
Walk around the walls, the pad, and the grade before a single machine shows up. Drag to spin it, scroll to zoom.
Plan-view drawing with dimensions and drainage — where the pipe runs and where the water goes.
Materials, trucking, and installation broken out separately. You see what the stone costs and what the labor costs.

Talk to Tom
Send a few photos and we'll come back with a ballpark number — fast, free, and no one walking your property yet.
Snap the area from a couple of angles, tell us what you're trying to do, and include the address. Photos tell us more in ten seconds than a phone call does in ten minutes.
A rough budgetary range so you know the order of magnitude before anyone's time gets spent. Usually same day.
If the number works for your budget, we walk the site and build you a full quote page — 3D model, site plan, every line item. See an example →
Bigger job, or drawings and surveys to share? The full quote form takes photos, plans, and files in one go.
