The people and the iron

Tom is an engineer by training and an earthmover by choice. He walks every site personally, builds every estimate from the actual ground conditions — not a price sheet — and runs the excavation side of the business from first cut to final grade.

That engineering background shows up where it counts: drainage that's planned instead of patched, pads that hold elevation, and walls that are built to stay put.

Tyler grew up on this equipment and runs it like it. He handles day-to-day operations — machine work, material runs on the tri-axle, and keeping the fleet maintained and moving so jobs finish on the schedule we quoted.

Off the job site, Tyler is a finance major on the CPA track at Robert Morris University — and plays ACHA Division 1 hockey. The discipline transfers: early mornings, no shortcuts, and numbers that have to add up.
